Pat has been in the automotive industry for over 25 years, and 15 years of those are from Mercedes-Benz dealerships in the DC metro area. Pat's management experience and customer service is by far second-to-none. Pat communicates with customers and technicians to make sure that our daily operation is smooth and everyone has one goal- to take care of our customers.

Mar is our shop foreman whose knowledge, skills, and abilities are second-to-none when it comes to servicing and repairing European vehicles. Mar has been in the automotive industry for over 25 years, and 20 of those years are from Mercedes-Benz as a Master Certified Technician. Like most of technicians, Mar worked at the Mercedes-Benz dealership where he gained most of his Mercedes-Benz experience. Mar is an Adjunct Professor teaching automotive classes at NOVA. Mar is in charge of our technicians, and also communicates with Pat on a daily basis.
